德国kavo电主轴
德国kavo成立于1909年，主要生产牙科医用产品。 公司拥有三个生产基地，建成了一系列牙科产品的工作室、实验室和教学基地。随着公司的发展和技术的不断开发，kavo也为客户提供大量的工业级产品。本公司主要代理kavo的电主轴和变频控制器。
kavo hf主轴马达是一种体积小，转速高的新一代主轴马达，拥有高达60,000rpm以上的转速，以及直径从33,
42, 45, 60到62mm，功率从140w到1200w的各种不同尺寸可供选择。采用更换式的夹头设计可符合不同尺寸的刀具使用，提供空气冷却，压缩空气冷却，以及液体冷却可适合各种不同的应用需求。无论是钻孔，切割，还是雕刻，kavo
hf主轴马达可配合机器垂直，或是水平使用，含有垫圈的外壳更可在肮脏或潮湿的环境下使用。

kavo的马达组件是专为特殊的马达尺寸、性能及高速运转需求而生产的，利用最新的材质及制程技术以符合客户各种不同需求的转子与定子。使用kavo的马达组件设计可使马达转速最高达到300,000rpm的需求，搭配kavo的驱动器更可以使马达达到最适当的马力/重量比，使马达运转更顺畅，有效降低转动噪音的产生。 |

the new
kavo hf-converter series e@sydrive are the
ideal completion for the new hf-spindle
progam as both asynchronous motors and
synchronous motors can be controlled.
adjustments to the motor can be set via
user-friendly software. for both type motor
technologies, e@sydrive converters do not
need any complex and cost-driving rotor
positioning sensor systems. the intelligent
motor controller using ultra-fast back-emf
detectoin precisely identifies the actual
rotor position controlling voltage and
current for an optimum motor performance.
installation of spindle and drive is limited
to a simple connection of the three motor
phases plus protective earth.
pam technology (puls
amplitude modulation), used in all e@sydrive
converters, ensures gentle and efficient
motor operation. additionally, e@sydrive
devices generate much less (approx. 20 times
less) electromagnetic noise than comparable
pmw converters (puls width modulation). |
