vacuum motors(真空电机)

类型:vacuum motors
   nanomotion's high resolution precision vacuum motors include two series of motors: vacuum motors and totally non-magnetic vacuum motors that are compatible down to 10-7 torr, and ultra high vacuum non-magnetic motors that are compatible down to 10-10 torr.
   the high resolution precision vacuum series of motors provides the perfect solution to an unlimited range of applications, including e-beam writers, sem, tem, or any application that requires a vacuum and/or e-beam or ion beam environment.

类型:non magnetics vacuum motors
   nanomotion offers its hr series ceramic servo motors in configurations suitable for high vacuum (up to 10-7 torr) and ultrahigh vacuum (up to 10-10 torr). additionally, vacuum motors are available in a non-magnetic configuration, fabricated without ferrous materials, generating no magnetic field and no emi.
   the ability to combine vacuum compatibility in a non-magnetic motor makes nanomotion's ceramic servo motors the ideal choice for driving motion platforms during e-beam and ion beam processes, as well as any process that is sensitive to magnetic fields. completely non-magnetic motors are suitable to any high magnetic field environments, including mri processes.
类型:ultra high vacuum motors
   nanomotion ultra high vacuum motors are compatible with 10-10 torr environments, and are offered at configurations of 4n, 8n, 16n, and 32 n of force.
